Exchange and Return Policy

We take pride in sourcing the finest products from weavers, artisans, designers, and brands, ensuring each item goes through a rigorous quality check before it is shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you need to exchange or return a product, please review our comprehensive policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange/Return:

  • Exchange: You can initiate an exchange if the product is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact. The exchange request should be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery. However, please note that pre-ordered or customized products cannot be exchanged.
  • Return: You can initiate a return if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. The return request should be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange/Return Process:

To initiate an exchange or return, please contact our customer support team through email or phone. Provide your order details, reason for exchange/return, and any supporting documentation such as photographs, if applicable. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Exchange/Return Shipping:

  • For exchanges/returns due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item received, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for the pickup of the item at our expense.
  • For other exchanges/returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchange Options:

  • Exchange: If eligible, you can exchange the product for another available product of the same or higher value. In the case of a higher-priced item, you will be required to pay the price difference. For a lower-priced item, we will provide store credit for the price difference, which can be used for future purchases.
  • Return and Refund: If eligible, we will process a refund through the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exclusions:

  • Festive/Promotional Sales: Products purchased during Festive/Promotional Sales are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
  • Pre-ordered or Customized Products: Pre-ordered or customized products, which are specially made or tailored according to your specifications, cannot be exchanged or returned.
