Please note that delivery times may vary based on the location and any unforeseen circumstances.
Free Delivery:
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders above Rs 10,000 within India. For orders below this amount, shipping charges will be applicable.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges for orders below Rs 10,000 will be calculated automatically at the checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. These charges will be clearly indicated before you make the payment.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or through our shipping partner’s online portal.
Undeliverable Packages:
In case a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or multiple failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm the shipping details and arrange for re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
